To verify your identification, simply submit a valid document. This document must be an original photo and cannot be a screenshot, scanned or copied image, and must meet certain criteria to be accepted.
Documents that may be accepted are as follows
Passport
Driving License
Official government-issued ID cards.
This document must show your full name, birth date, unaltered photo, and expiration date. The photo of the document should also contain all 4 edges within the image, and it must be clear and easily readable.
For New Zealand users - please note the expiry date on an NZ-issued driver's license is located on the back. In this case, please upload both sides of the card.
